Hi humans and fellow
robots, it's me again!
As you know, I'm starring in SEGA® of America's "Astro Boy™" for
the PlayStation®2 computer entertainment system and Game Boy® Advance
which have just shipped to retail. We have already shared so much information
about the PS2, so let me tell you a little bit about the Game Boy Advance
version: “Astro Boy™: Omega Factor.”
First off, I bet you’re wondering what the “Omega Factor” is?
It’s my electronic brain, which is most similar to a human heart
and the more people I meet, the more it develops. With more than 40
different characters to interact with, it’s constantly growing!
While some of these characters are good and some are not, they all have
something to teach about justice, compassion, evil and courage – and
it’s my job to determine which.
In “Omega Factor,” I’m presented in incredibly detailed
2D fashion with a fast action seven episode side-scrolling story for
on-the-go gamers to enjoy. There are also 13 stages of battles with
plenty of locations and characters, so there’s no shortage of
replay value.
On my quest to help the human and robot races, I’m
constantly strengthening my character and abilities.
In fact, I am fully loaded with super powers, including x-ray vision,
supersonic hearing, finger lasers, an arm cannon, rocket powered feet,
an electronic brain and 100,000 horsepower strength. Not only do I pack
a variety of powers, but I can jump, punch, kick, throw and jet around!
Of course, being pure of heart and dedicated to justice, my biggest
concern is reuniting the factions in the most benevolent manner possible.
