Management
Experienced senior Access managers serve as team leaders on every account, maintaining ongoing, in-depth involvement throughout the life of the relationship – not just making guest appearances during the “honeymoon” or drive-bys at the end of every month to pad the billing. Senior managers (vice presidents and/or senior vice presidents) maintain vigilant quality control to ensure flawless execution, superlative strategic counsel and great creative input. To do this successfully, Access limits the number of accounts managed by all staff, especially the senior managers.
