Working at Access

Our employees are our greatest assets, so we treat them well. Very well. Twice in the past few years, the San Francisco Business Times and Silicon Valley/San Jose Business Journal has named us the "Best Place to Work in the Bay Area." Awarded primarily on the basis of information obtained from a confidential survey of our employees by the newspaper, this honor speaks volumes about our culture.

We believe we have one of the highest retention rates in the industry, with our staff averaging more than five years on the job.

We are proud of our competitive pay and benefits packages, our extensive training programs and our tradition of encouraging people to pursue their dreams and passions. (Oh, and let's not forget our Whoopee Events and monthly Wheel of Fortune spins.) We work very hard to create a challenging and stimulating environment, one that makes people wake up in the morning eager to go to work.

Access Communications is proud to provide equal opportunities for all employees. We recruit, hire, train, promote, compensate, provide benefits, and dismiss employees without regard for race, color, religion, sex, sexual orientation, national origin, age, marital or veteran status, disability, citizenship or other classifications protected by applicable federal, state and local laws.

We are always on the look-out for outstanding candidates to join our teams in both our San Francisco and New York offices. We also accept applications for our internship program year round.
